What do the Game Limits mean?

Does anyone know what the game limits mean? Things like turn limit is pretty obvious but what about 'opposing unit elimination multiple'?
I cant find a list of these anywhere and the manual is no help.

That's a new one for Conquests, Moonsinger.

I don't know *exactly* what it means, but I am pretty sure it has to do with victory point calculation. I.e., how many points for each opposing unit eliminated.
