Me and another friend was fighting about wich game
who was the best.

Well i thought Civ3 was better then WC3(warcraft 3), But
he said that civilization sucks.

so I was wondering...

Do you think Civ3 s****, or is it only me who think
Civilization is better then Warcraft.....................???

Civ is truely awesome and I love it to bits.

I bought WC3 primarily for the online gaming but I've never played it online yet. But from the single playing missions its not bad. Fun in parts and I'm curious why, for some reason, in any computer game, if there are dwarfs, they have a scottish accent

Civ is better, hands down.

Warcraft and Civ3 are two different genre's. Its like apples and oranges. A better comparison would be Warcraft vs. Rise of Nations (Both RTS).

Anyway, compared to Civ, Warcraft is crap

WC3 was a major disappointment, it would stand no chance in any arena unless they happen to be battle.net forums. Starcraft, on the other hand, might prove more successful.

Hmm, it didn't occuer to you that the name "Civfanatics" has a meaning because otherwise you would have thought twice before posting this thread.

But as to your question, Civilization series is better than the Warcraft series will ever be, so read my lips Civ is better.

I agree with that. I spent more time on SimCity 2000 than any other game.

About the original question, generally you will find that people prefer Civilization over Warcraft on a Civilization site.

I do play Civ. The first Civ game that I played was CivNet, and I also have CivII , ToT, and CivIII.

No, but I do prefer SimCity 2000 over Civ. I won't go as far as Perfection saying that all games are inferior to SimCity 2000.

Personally, it is a tie for me between Civ and SC2K. Both are just great games. *Goes to play some SC2K*
