It wouldn't need to be *that* powerful.

An average computer thats around 2 years old, say.

It is hard to pinpoint specs for it right now though.

Let see... Civ IV, Oblivion... that's it. I've been out of the computer game scene for a while since my computer is a Duron 1300. I'm saving up now to get a new computer since the cost of upgrading my current one is far more than just getting a new one. A 3200 Athlon computer for around $600?! That's how much I paid for my Duron 800 computer, which became my Duron 1300! But back on topic yeah Civ 4 and Oblivion. Perhaps the Half Life expansion but I'll be too busy reenjoying my semi-old games at extra high quality.
