What graphics are best?

Indeed: CivWin graphics are vomit! But that's just my opinion (too). Perhaps it's what you played with first...

Anyway, let's see who will win: CivDOS or CivWin?

Civdos of course. And for those who whine and say civWin has actually better graphics.. maybe for some but for me civdos's graphics just add to the atmosphere of the game.

I'm voting for CivWin, mostly because the graphics don't seem so "old". Anyways, I just discovered something about CivWin, if you run it on 256 color, you can actually have the rivers, lakes and such move as in CivDos, however, there were a few occasions when the colors glitched on me and i got really strange color combinations.

Holy crap! I was always wondering why I saw the sea and rivers move on my laptop but not on my desktop, now I know!!!

I've never played WinCiv.

But from the screenshots I've seen posted around here, I'll say DOS has the better ones.
