Didn't want to start a new thread for this, but when I posted this in other threads it seemed to go unnoticed; but it's a big deal to me and probably lots of people out there, so I'll try this way.
Does anyone know what happened to the Deluxe version of CiV? You know, the one where you get Babylon as extra content?
Wanted to pre-order the game on steam, and couldn't find it anywhere.
So I did a Google search on "Civilization 5 Deluxe" and found a link to the steam store.
Weird thing is, if I open the "cached" page from Google, I find the Deluxe version.
But if you click on the current version of the same title, Deluxe is gone and only the normal version of CiV can be ordered.
I do notice that in the cached page, I get prices in $ while in the current version I get them in (living in Europe and all that). So it might be that the Deluxe is only available in the US... but that seems kind of odd, so I'm guessing this happens just because Google stored the US version of the page while the link to steam's store checks my region.
