What is the AI doing here?

Funny: What is the "wife" doing here?

We are a couple of people playing usually mixed AI-multiplayer games on large maps. My wife is quite experienced in civ and civ 6 with 1000s hours of playtime and really hard to battle. And you guess it: she often use the builder as a scout :lol:
Its great fun to meet a builder on unknown continents. She also use great persons to explore just to get the little piece of advantage by getting the world early uncovered.

Some people argue the AI is "stupid". Of course a AI cant be intelligent. But it is funny to see the AI do the same stupid things (maybe randomly) as human players do.
For me - i use never the builder as a scout. I need every charge in the early game. And later in game its not necessary. But my "fault" is to send unprotected settlers - but with enough experience you will know when and when not.

Yeah, anything that has movement points can scout; I thought we all did that (used GP or builders as scouts). Just be aware of the risk/reward factor.

Religious units make the best scouts.

In my game today my 1 charge builder found 11 goody huts and 5 CS (3 were firsts so I got envoys). I got a governor from a goody hut, as well as an envoy, and 4 eurekas.
ProTip: Head for the polar regions asap - the AIs don't go there as quickly as towards other regions.
