can someone explain it to me, i cant find it on the GOTM rules page.
What is the "One City Challenge"??

Basically, it is playing the game while having only one city.

OCC is not something that is exclusive to the GOTM, but it can be played for the GOTM. If you look on any GOTM results page and see someone's score highlighted in yellow, they played a OCC. Then you can download the archived games and see what it is like.
