arty/radar arty are decent... anything before that sucks though, for sure. Battleships, bombers, and stealth bombers do ok.

arty/radar arty are decent... anything before that sucks though, for sure. Battleships, bombers, and stealth bombers do ok.
RingoKid: - If you're clever enough to play Civ then you're clever enough to fit a DVD internal drive. Even if you are as old as me (Civ 1 1993, D&D 1975, ahh 2d4s). And if your machine is too pokey to fit it in then get an external drive.
Apropos nothing: I've discovered a great use for artillery when you're invading. As others have said it's a drag to tow them around when you want to blitzkreig. Instead I wait for the counter-attack by my wictim and then J-move the guns en masse to the city he's aiming for. His troops are never fortified so can generally be reduced to 1 red bar when they can picked off by high defence, low offence troops. Any guns left over can be J-moved to the next likely target. Meanwhile my high-mobility units are free to roam over his lands.
OK, just to re-cap; take the egg firmly in the left hand and move towards lips...
