I do wish there were maybe a few more ways to get attribute points just by playing the game, sort of like a "if you have less than 3 economic attribute points in the game and complete a gold building with at least 4 adjacency, get an econ point".
I think they may be heading this direction. I read that Teach can get ¡3! points at once after capturing three different civ unique naval units. Now getting three points is probably too much, and the requirements are way too random as in if you will even see the civs that have those units.
I would love to see them add narrative events like this for different leaders/civs and some generic ones for all.
Agreed the nerf to the percentage based attributes combined with the city state changes have made the game much better.
