What offices should be used in DG5?

Which of the following offices should be used in DG5? It's a multi-choice poll; all offices having more than 14% of the votes will remain. If Culture does not have enough votes it will be combined into Domestic / Internal Affairs as in DG4. If Technology does not have enough votes then it will be combined into Trade as in DG4. If Finance & Labor does not have enough vote there will be further discussion on how to handle those functions. If other gets more than 14% then we scrap this poll and continue general discussion.

hmm, this poll is not really fair. 2 out of 3 so far think that culture should be separate, and according to the posted rules it will not make it to dg5. When the poll is closed we should look at the offices having the majority of the voters instead of what I proposed above.

I don't think this is the best way to do this. If no one minds, I'm going to do a non-pick and choose version, which would have my version (6) vs. Dave's (5, I think).

there should be individual ones wether we want Culture or Tech seperate.

While this might work, I think that doing it this way would result in the lack of some things and trouble figuring out whose job is whose. So I did an alternate poll where you simply vote for whole systems, rather than individual ministries.
