What technological era of infantry does the Rifleman unit represent?

Civil War or Franco-Prussian War... don't really make a difference here isn't it? well lets compare that with the musket to cartridge-based evolution.

I'd say late civil war, neopolianis era b/c no other units fit in that area.

I'd have to say the Civil War. He looks alot like a Confederate soldier. ( Dont get me started with Harry Turtledove. ) And he just looks to... well... Old for WWI. Did you know they also made a huge role in the Texas War For Independance?
