What the heck are these numbers?

I just saw this last night and am very curious. You see the panel on the lower right of the main screen (where the game evolves)? You know the one where it shows the unit active at the moment, the name of your civ, your current government, your gold and gpt, the tech you are researching, etc. Now, right next to your current government there are three numbers seperated by periods and enclosed in paranthesis. What do they represent? None of my friends seem to know and some didn't even recognize them until I asked them about it.

The 3 numbers represents your income spending. The info comes from the Domestic Advisor screen: the Science and Entertainment sliders.

The numbers show you the tax/science/entertainment commerce distribution (e.g. 0.10.0 means 100% science); change the sliders on F1 and get other numbers.
