Hi all,
I want to do some minor change to the game by writing my own little MOD and what I want is simple (well, I think) : Let say that I got a resource within my cultural border and that I enable it through the correct tile improvement like pasture or farm for food resources and mine, well, quarry for material resources. That resource is connected to my trade network and all of my cities can benefit from it. I want that not only this resource provide happiness, for luxury resource, or health, for food resource, or enable building of some unit, for material resource, but also that it provide +1

respectively to any city connected to that resource.
In your opinion, is this modification involving Python coding ? XML editing ? Or I need the SDK to perform this ?
