What to do if we get a Military Great Leader

We need an Army anyways.

Armies are somewhat of an unfair advantage, because the AI rarely uses them to full potential, and they won't attack our army. So we could garrison a city with a lone army and the AI won't attack it, or use an Army to cover an invasion force.
