I don't know, there are plenty in the Workshop though.
The one they use is pretty bad , because Washington is the only one in ALL OF America and Shaka (Zuluman) is the only one in Africa. That just gives them room to become a runaway.
I don't know if I understand the question. I just know that in G&K, embarked scouts have an annoying habit to get stuck on ice tiles for practically forever if you set them to automatically explore until you stop their automation. Nothing more annoying than sending a mid-game scouting team out to explore the seas because you're landlocked and finding out they've been stuck in the arctic or Antarctica for the last 20 turns on the same two ice tiles.
I entirely agree with you, this question is not clear at all. You should be more precise in this kind of post, and use capital if necessary; maybe explain what is a "lost unit"....
I always hate when scouts get lost when embarked. Or when they deliberately run toward a barbarian camp and kill themselves...
