What's the most amount of money you have ever recieved from an AI for a tech?

Hi, I started this thread to see what is the most amount of money you have ever recieved from an AI for a tech? Just today was my record. I was playing Monarch and was in the late middle ages/early industrial ages, and Russia paid me 424 gold per turn for Nationalism. I know Nationalism is a good tech but this seems a little extreme. Especially considering the AI was still in the late middle ages/early industrial ages. What is the most the AI has ever paid you for a tech?

In the current GOTM,

I received 4 early industrial age techs, about 30 gpt, 200 gold (lump sum), and maps in exchange for electricity.

That was one of my best moves in the game.

I have received 2000 lump sum, 213 gpt, furs, wine, and ivory all for Electricity. I gotta say that I love those Greeks. They are the best Indutrial Age ally I have ever had.

Persia seems to be one of the rich civs... Along with Greece. (France can be rich, but I've never seen them as well off as Greece. Haven't seen Indian much in the modern era, either).
