Specially bred flocks of sheep that long for the inside of a castle, and will do anything to get inside.

And ranged are of course…

The Cross Bowmen

Furious with life and its general unfairness, and willing to take it out on literally anyone.

By now, I am getting close to create the purrrfect medieval army.

ADDENDUM:

It seems like your army is steadily becoming more well-rounded combat-wise. I would assume that those battering rams shear right though gates. The cross bowmen sound like they might friendly fire if the mood strikes.....HOW EXCITING!

We're a horde. We came, we saw, we made an absolute nuisance of ourselves then we went home, until the next raiding season.

Gena-Ziers

Grenadiers chosen not for height, but exclusively for being from Gen Z. Their selfie habit strengthens their throwing arm from holding their phones up all day. We can even design grenades to look like out-of-date phones so they're encouraged to toss them as hard and far as possible. They're allowed one battlefield selfie ration with every 25 grenades thrown.
