when can i make immortal?

i'm playing as ljolsfar and i have everything it says is required for the elven immortal, yet when i go to make it, it doesn't appear.

any ideas?

An immortal can't be built. It must be upgraded from a level 6 or higher maceman.

I tried to make that more clear in 0.15. In the screenshot you can see the new adds that show that it isnt buildable and what the required level is.

Any chance of getting the text to display without that "+" in it? 's ugly On a related note, a few buildings still show things like "+-1 instead of "+1 " - the Asylum comes to mind.
