When does the Fall Patch come out?

I don't mean the beta version, when does the actual patch come out?

What happens with the Beta patch tomorrow? I'm in the midst of an excellent Poland game using the Beta patch and I really hope to finish it.

I wouldn't expect to be a scrap game but it is possible it won't work we already added in all the new features the only difference most likely is extra bug fixes and AI improvements in which shouldn't games but anything is possible.
