Seems no turnchat this time or the anouncment is wrong or i don't know to count time.

Ther'es one right now. Go into the chatroom at the bottom of the page, and type in #turnchat (or /join #turnchat in the chatroom). You can also see the turnchat thread and time in the stickied turnchat post on the main demogame forum.
