Use civ2. I am making a map for nationstates on here (2 actualy, sort of). This one is in the shape of a penguin, it needs some polishing and I need to do some mroe work on it but I mgiht need help finishing it off.

Just kiding, thank you, I have never seen someone with a name with scamp in it, especialy King Scamp, except someone had already been PrinceScamp on Neopets, wich has like 9 million accounts anyways (I only played it for 1 month anyways).
This penguin isle is really a spaceship, I'm just not sure what goes where yet. Or even what the egg is for.
