when should "turn -1" be played out?

This relates closely to the poll should we use a "turn-1". Please look there for details on "turn-1" playout before you vote in here!
The result of this poll will only take effect if the above poll is accepted! So please assume in here that it was accepted.

No, this is the same kind of poll that Eklektikos just closed. A major discussion should take place. Maybe 1 week and a half or whatever, similiar to what CT said. It's not something to be rushed. The major opinion at this time seems to be the game should start on Sept 1st by the new President. And most of that was discussed after this poll was posted. I would like to see this poll closed too.

Wow! You monitor must be very broken. I prefer to wait for word from the justice department to close this, though I imagine it is forthcoming.

As with the other thread were more detail was provided, I would find any results from this poll invalid if attempted to be used for official purposes.
