Where can I download patch 1.0.17?

Checking around, I've found references in numerous places to a patch 1.0.17, dating back to around the 23rd or so. Supposedly Steam doesn't have it yet. Given that the patch _does_ exist, where can a person download it? Or is it Steam-only and we simply have to wait for Steam to make it active?

Steam will automatically load it when you connect. If you played Civ in online mode since then you probably already have it.
