Where can I find the 1.22 Conquest Patch?

If you have complete, you don't need to patch. In fact, patching will cause the dreaded "Please insert the Civ3:Conquests disc."

That disease has struck my computer.

I am buying complete soon. I am sure of it. Lord knows when I'll get it but I will.

BTW: My anger has died down so it's safe to hold a conquest conversation with me.
