Where Can I Find the G&K Worldbuilder/Modbuddy?

I had the vanilla version installed a while back but my drive got wiped. Now not only am I having trouble finding it again, but it sounds like I'd need either a seperate or updated one for Gods & Kings. Anyone know where I can get it?
