[CTP] Where can I get CTP 1 and is it compatible with Windows 8? And is there a wiki?

There is a wiki, google it. No one seems to have ctp 1, only ctp 2. I did not care for either, but GoG have II for about 6 dollars.
 
I see on MobyGames that amazon has it for about 28 bucks and only 1 left. You could try ebay as well.
