Where do you ask question?

I scanned the FAQ thread,and stuided alot of the creations forum,but still cannot fiqure out how to get mods,Graphic mods,leaderheads into my game,I have Civ3C.I follow the directions and unzip files mostly into scenerio flie,but then they aren't there,no new animated Leaderheads,new scenerio's are there but if I click them they are missing sometnhing,that gives me a pop up that ends in the game will now exit.There are such creative ppl working here I really would love to intergrate their new creations into my game but it hasn't yet worked any help is highly appreciated,and apologies if this is the wrong place to ask,I'm unused to posting I normally come here and read,a lurker,I guess.

Look for the "Creation and Customization" forum on this site. Lots of mods, even more people who use mods, and lots of threads with helpful hints and helpful people. Good luck!

Your best bet would be to ask in the thread that refered you to the mod if you're having trouble installing the mod....

Thank you both,I wanted to use different scenarios and use different leaderheads,but even if I load them following creators instructions,I can never get any of them (so far) to play in Civ3conquests.I get a pedicion(sp?) missing,text missing,or similar messages,which is depressing after seeing such great creations in that forum.I have the latest patch so it must just be I don't know what I'm doing,or that I'm female,lol.Thanks again,I will try over there.
