Where is the much talked about civ 4 animations?

Hi people,

1) I am not seeing any videos, none of the cool animations that I'd heard were there in Civ 4, like when a city is captured. How do I watch videos of Civ 4?

2) Also in one of the early civs, there used to be these video/animations of foreign/domestic advisors saying stuff like "sire we should build more barracks". I kinda liked seeing the faces/videos of my 'subjects' lol

2) There was a huge call for the removal of personal advisors offering advice. It was felt that the images were ridiculous (Sid pouting was the stuff of nightmares), and the advice itself was based on extremely superficial infomation. Now that they've been removed, some people are screaming to put them back. I think they could work, but only if the images didn't reflect emotions, and the advice was deeply considered and soundly offered.

LOL, until this moment I had completely forgotten what they looked like; nor had I realized it was Sid. Wow! He was the science advisor, right?

I loved the anarchy advisor movies though; those were classic. And the lesbian innuendo with the foreign advisor (if you're a female gamer).
