Where's a place to download an XML Editor?

Stupid question, but where can I download an XML Editor from? I tried Futzy's, but it doesn't work.

Help is appreciated!

You can edit XML files with any text editor (that will not screw the fromat while sving).
notepad works fine.
Notepad++ is a bit more comfortable. http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/uk/site.htm

ooo just downloaded. A lot more readable. Though i am always hesitant to move away from regular notepad. (served me well many a year. A programmers best friend really.)

My editor doesn't alow you to edit everything in the XML file, but you can edit almost everything and it is very easy to use. If you are interested, it's in my signature.

Google for XML Marker. It's a freeware XML editor with some nice features.

There is one in the downloads section.

It is called Civ4 XML Editor and is in the utility section of Civ IV
