Where's the Art0.fpk file?

I'm trying my hand at editing in new units, but I can't find where the Art0.fpk file is. I d/l'ed the Pak Build utility and I can't find the appropriate file anywhere in Civ 4. All I get are the Assets0-3.fpk files.

Assets0-3.fpk are the ones you are looking for. They contain most of the art for the game. Unpack them all to the same directory and you will have the Art0.fpk
