Where's the main info for the MSDG?

I searched around a bit (this forum and the one 'above' it) and I'm embarressed to ask: where is the location of all the rules and information of this game and its world?

Other than that, all the early discussions seemed to have been cleared out.

Basically, we just discuss what we see in the screenshots and hold a vote here and there. It's definitely not on the same scale as the Single-Site Demogames. What's you question?

I meant: Is there some other site that has info for all the stuff related to this game, like the world settings, or the international rules (not CFC rules) and whatnot. Like, where's the central hub sort of thing?
