Where's the Mods file for Civ VII (Steam)?

I've downloaded a mod, but I can not find the mod folder.
First of all, my games are installed on D:
Next, to find the Civ VII, I'll have to take this path
D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization VII
However, I can only find the folders "Base" and "DLC" here.
Looking further into these folders, I do not find any folder named "Mods".

What's wrong??

Mods are not in game installation folder.
They are in folder %localappdata%\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VII\Mods

Copy paste that to your explorer window.
