Which Editor Option shoudl be added first

The thing I find most annoying about the editor is that if you mess up the map sizes you can't add a few extra squares on the side.

There is a tool to do just that in the utilities forum, the civ3 multitool, if I'im not mistaken :)
 
I vote for the turn off raze city option for the same reasons that have been stated before.

But what i really want is an event editor. That way you can make things appear in a scenario or make things happen. Like have a map set up as the world was in like 1770 and your playing as Great Britain (srry if i spelt wrong) and all of a sudden all your colonies declare themselves free and turn into a new nation (the U.S adur). Then your goal would be to try and capture them back under your control. If we could do thing like this then scenarios would be greatly improved.

Just my 2cents.
 
That could work 2 or a combination of the both?
