I know roads...but what about farms, etc.?

How much are all of these? Different prices? Per tile basis?

True, but I'm pretty sure workers are listed as "unit maintenance". The OP was probably wondering what was counting towards his "improvement maintenance" costs. As previously states, it's just roads and railroads.
