Which patches do I have to install

This may be a stupid question, but I just installed Civ3 (the normal US Version) and the Conquests (also US version). Then I installed the v1.22 Conquests Patch, but I've read so much about the other Civ patches and I am able to fire up a classic Civ-game and a PTW game. Do I have to install the v1.29 of Civ3 and the v1.27 of PTW also? Thanks a lot in advance.

Nope, not that I know of. When you install PtW, it updates Vanilla civ to 1.29f. When you install C3C (which includes PtW), PtW comes at 1.27f, and Vanilla civ is updated to 1.29f.

Nope, as Ginger_Ale said, no other patches are needed.
