Which version of Civilization game is it?

A few years ago I played Civilization game and now I can't remember which version was it. May be someone will be able to help me.

The game started sometime around 1600. I could choose which european country to play for, The main map was real Europe map and there also were maps of carribean and India where I could send my ships.

Which version was it? can anyone help?
