Which Video card is good for my system?

I currently have the following rig :

Athlon 1.9
512 megs ram
GeForce4 4200 w/128 megs
Win XP

First off, will my machine run it ok?

I was thinking of buying a new nvidia card and wanted some advice as to
what would be good for my system without going overboard?
