Hi Everyone. I recently bought and installed Civ IV Complete. I patched it up, and after tooling around on this site, I downloaded the BAT mod. I've played a few games, and everything is working great, with one exception.
When I play BTS (not when I play Warlords or vanilla), all of the unit flags are white for almost all of the civilizations. A handful of civilizations have working flags. This remains true whether or not I am running the BAT mod. I have reinstalled the game to no avail.
When I search for this problem on these forums, I find answers dealing with fan-made assets only, whereas my problem is with the Firaxis-provided flags, so I created an account to post this.
My computer is a nine-year-old Dell Dimension 4600, upgraded to 2.5 GB of RAM. My graphics card is the NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X, and I checked to make sure I have the most recent driver. I attach my DxDiag.
Problem is not a huge annoyance, but why should one thing not work when everything else works so well?
