I asked steam for support and they say they don't support games, or something like that. Does one go to Fraxis, K2 or where?

Below are 2 examples of the errors I am getting over and over again. These were b4 the patch today. After the patch I can't get it to run at all.

Civilization V isn't developed by Valve in any way... so yeah going to Firaxis/2k would be the obvious choice.

No idea what those are for. Tried reinstalling? Updating your graphics card drivers, directx etc?
