Who should we be in the C3C ISDG?

Well, it sure is a huge advantage... Cost of pikes but defence of musketmen.

And seafaring, agricultural... not bad either.

I haven't actually thought about it, but I do think the Dutch would be a nice choice.

We should be agricultural and either industrious, expansionist, or militaristic, as to get an early boost. Commercial is a bad idea, scientific is ok (SGL! but otherwise... no) religious maybe, seafaring maybe.
