why can't i use my other username?

1. You may have only one log on at this site, for name change make a request by Pm or e-mail to Thunderfall, is is entirly an optional favor upon his part to make the change.

2. There is no civ2 that I can find in the members list that I can find.

In which case the reason you could not log on is that you forgot how to spell it.

I am messaging Thunderfall to permantly close the Ceaser Chris. He will decide is there is any penalty for creating the second log on rather than emailing him to ask. He is aware that it can be difficult for a person who cannot log on at all to EASILY find a usuable e-mail link.
