Why Do I always get Kicked?

I've been playing since Civ 4. Every time I try to join an online game I get kicked right away. Is there some unkown to me criteria other players are looking for? This is getting very annoying. I don't understand how somebody would want to kick me without ever letting me join. Also, I would like to play a longeterm Cloud game with someone, but I don't know anyone in real life who plays Civ, I've tried to join others but am assuming I have to have the code, so I can't join, and how can others join my game?

If Civ6 lobby is like the awful multiplayer Civ5 lobby, then it's probably because those games are reloads. You have to know that most multiplayer games are actually crashing at some point, here is a fun story :

In Civ5 vanilla, I got most of the time kicked like you. I wondered why. Best second plan : create my own game. I gently entitled my game "welcome all", it crashed, and I had to reload it. Guess why ? Some unwanted players showed themselves, and I had to... kick them ! Whereas the title of the game was "welcome all"... sad isn't it ?

They should do something about it, unless i'm missing something.

The Civ 6 MP lobby has different colored text for reloads vs new games. You can also change the game title at anytime, to even further highlight the game is a reload. The Civ 6 experience is light years ahead of what Civ 5 was. But then, mp was tacked on after the outrage of Civ 5 being released without multiplayer.

You are right. I tried to reload my own game, but no one showed up. Whatever i do is wrong. And everybody seems to know except myself. It's getting on my nerves now.
