Why does cha dawn have a battle ogre?

Hes in prime position to take over my HQ defended by scout patrols, with a battle ogre mk1, just a few turns into the game...

He could have popped it from a pod. It's one of the less likely results, but it can happen.

I guess its time to either cheat or start a new game then.

Or you could go into the scenario editor and switch sides with Cha Dawn. Then you're the one with the battle ogre.

It's one of SMAX additions I didn't like.
