"EDIT: It seems each city had a vicotry point. In the editor, (I guess you edited it? Since I don't remember that map having victory points), there's probably something that says how many victory points you need to win.
Only 1802 and you're barely out of the middle ages? That's slow for emperor.

Yeah, it was going pretty slow. The AI seemed to act really stupid in that game, so im not going to play it again. And i didnt edit it, the map is "Tower of Babel", or something along those lines.
