Will Civ 3 run on my new lap top?

I recently got an HP Pavilion Notebook with the following features


AMD Turion II Duel core processor

320 GB 7200 RPM Harddrive

4096MB of DDR SDRAM

Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (64 bit)

ATI Radeon 4200 Graphics Card with 128 MB Display Cache


Will this run Civ 3 with Conquests?

See the instructions in this thread. Win7 is my only concern, the rest of the rig should be more than enough to handle the game.
