windowed mode

I'm really struggling to find an answer here...

How do you get windowed mode on a mac playing C3C?

Hold the Command key (the one with the four-leaf clover and Apple on it) down while you launch C3C or PtW. You get a settings dialog up where you can set up display details. The settings are stored separately for each version of the game.
