I'd say no chance. You would have to do entirely new sets of animations for them as the height is defined in the Animation Files. The only thing you could do is cut off their feet... :)

I'm not sure if that's possible. The animation dictates the position of the unit and it tells it to be on the ground. :) The only thing I can think of that might do the trick is moving the whole scene (i.e. Scene Node) higher, you could try it yourself, it's easy.

@Azatoth: About the swordsman in the city window - what you can do is change the tag <fInterfaceScale> in the unit's art definition to a smaller value. That should fix it. Oh and thank you :)
