Something is going wrong with the WBS-Cleaner for me, I guess. It doesn't seem to change anything.

Just a heads up guys, I still have a copy of the map, but it was adapted slightly to work with a mod I liked at the time. I shouldn't have any trouble reverting it but it HAS been years since I modded Civ 4 in any way, so give me a day or two to make sure everything works and I'll reupload it.
