Anyone remember how in SMAC if a slow unit (1 movement) was attacking a fast unit (2-3 movement) the defending fast unit could just run away if they were losing. In CIV 4 as far as i know only attackers can withdraw, and also flaking only works on the attack.
any idea how to make defenders run away
oh......kind of like how if a boat moves onto a sub square the sub will just shift over a square.
