Wizard or Mage on a horse

I am not a medieval fantasy buff or anything but i just recalled to remember playing a Warhammer Strategy game a long time ago on the playstation and it featured a mage on a horse. I think it would be a fun unit to have on any mods scenario out there. I hope someone can make it.
